Welcome to episode 108 of the Coach Taylor podcast!

Have had lots of great feedback on the new format so I am sticking with it. No segments etc, just a meandering monologue of whatever is happening in my head!!!

This episode I go through the importance of going off grid and how it can affect your health, why the fitness industry is an epic failure, preparing to be 100, and some chatting about intermittent fasting!!!

  1. Just checking in… I’m still mountain climbing. 10 times up and down my 14 stairs 2-4 times a day. I figure it’s good for me, so I plan to continue. This is in addition to exercises and stretches I do each morning. OMAD is ok but I prefer feeding two times a day. Plus, I save some special items to have later if I crave something. At 100, I hope I still have a functioning brain and retain some stamina and flexibility, to enable independence.
